Welcome to Spray Sisters! We’re here to make your tanning experience as easy, enjoyable, and smooth as possible. Here’s a quick overview of our booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies, as well as some helpful guidelines for keeping your glow beautiful!
1. Booking and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, no problem! Simply use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation email to select a new time that suits you.
Rescheduling is easy and can be done anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, you can also do that in the rescheduling link. Should you request a refund, just let us know by emailing hello@spraysisters.com, and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund for you.
Please submit refund requests at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth process.
Should your appointment time have now passed, and you couldn’t, make the appointment, without giving prior notice, we unfortunately cannot refund you. We can however rebook another Session with one of our Artists.
3. Tan Satisfaction Guarantee
At Spray Sisters, we’re committed to making sure you love your tan! If you experience any issues with your tan, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your appointment at hello@spraysisters.com. Our team will do our best to help and ensure you’re satisfied with your experience.
4. Preparation and Aftercare
For the best results, please follow our pre-tan prep guidelines and post-tan care tips provided in your booking confirmation. Proper preparation and aftercare will help your tan look beautiful and last longer.
5. Customer Responsibility
Spray Sisters is not responsible for any stains or damages to clothing or fabrics resulting from the tanning treatment. We recommend wearing loose, dark clothing after your tan; as well as covering any furniture with dark towels or blankets.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the spray tan artist of any skin treatments, medications, illnesses, lotions, moisturisers, perfumes, allergies, infections, or sensitivities before receiving the tan.
6. Service Terms
All tanning services are provided in good faith and under the expectation that clients have followed our prep and care guidelines.
Spray Sisters is not liable for issues related to pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, or reactions. We recommend a patch test for clients with sensitive skin or previous concerns.
7. General Terms
By booking with Spray Sisters, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that the outcome of each tan may vary based on skin type, preparation, and adherence to aftercare recommendations.
Our team reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour.
